The Role: As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to market launch and beyond. You define the product strategy, conduct market analysis, and prioritize development efforts based on customer feedback and business goals. You also manage the backlog, ensure compliance, and use data-driven insights to guide decisions at fiskaly.
Your ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis: You'll identify market opportunities and challenges and coordinate with key departments to ensure regulatory compliance of the product. You'll evaluate the needs for a legal entity in the target country.
Product Strategy: You'll own the product's success, measure performance using key success metrics, and drive continuous product improvements to maximize impact while ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy. You'll manage the product backlog, collaborate with the tech lead to build a customer-centric product and reassess priorities based on data and market conditions.
Product Discovery: You'll continuously test and refine hypotheses with the team to improve the product, using a data-driven approach. You will gather direct customer feedback to deeply understand their pain points and needs, ensuring that product decisions enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Market Strategy: You'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies by identifying ideal customers, positioning the product, and collaborating with key departments to ensure effective market entry and product representation.
Stakeholder Management: You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, monitor performance through KPIs, and maintain clear communication with teams to align on priorities and progress.
Collaboration & Coordination: You'll work closely with company leadership to ensure the product's direction aligns with broader business goals and contributes to the overall company vision.

You have leadership experience, particularly in leading cross-functional teams through influence, without necessarily having direct people management responsibilities.
You're an excellent problem-solver who thinks beyond the obvious to tackle challenges.
You have hands-on experience in dynamic and agile environments.
You're data-driven at your core and have a strong background in data-driven decision-making.
You'll impress us ifYou have experience in the fast-paced world of fintech and/or regtech.
You have additional language skills that give you an edge in our key markets.
You are familiar with fiskaly's products, customer profiles, and short-term and long-term strategies.
You have experience in the retail sector, preferably with a deep knowledge of the fiscalization or cash-register market.
