We're searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with expertise in building pipelines, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the recruitment lifecycle for key positions, coach the team, and drive innovative solutions to meet hiring demands in a competitive market.

Talent Acquisition Strategy across the UK and Europe
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans in partnership with Talent Management.
  • Analyse market trends to anticipate hiring challenges and proactively develop sourcing strategies.
  • Enhance the employer brand by driving creative initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships that position the company as an employer of choice.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Set clear KPIs and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the recruitment team.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring the delivery of a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles and future organizational needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, provide market insights, and recommend effective hiring strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on the Talent Strategy for each recruitment and deliver within the SLA, on time and on budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate and partner with P&C, functional leaders, and senior management to align hiring initiatives with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices, compensation trends, and market data.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, job boards, and professional organizations.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Use data analytics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Compliance and Diversity:
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable labour laws and company policies.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment efforts by developing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Day to Day
  • Accountable for reporting on key recruitment metrics and analytics to help focus efforts with current hiring challenges/opportunities.
  • Provide hands-on recruitment support.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and consultant for managers across all levels of the business.
  • Be the gatekeeper for attracting talented individuals, whilst ensuring we adhere to country-specific recruitment legislation.
  • Keep a firm eye on internal talent pipelines, championing internal progression opportunities before attracting externally.
  • Work with generalists within the People & Culture Team and the Learning & Development Team to collectively support the development of our hiring managers through training and coaching programmes.
  • Perform analysis and forecasting of the hiring needs of the functions.
  • Manage the interview process to ensure candidates have an exceptional experience with edyn.

Who you are.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives and hiring for a variety of roles, including senior-level positions.
  • Fluency in levelling and salary benchmarking.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in employment branding and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or global organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.

Responsible to: Chief People Officer

Location and hours: Based at either our London or Bristol offices (with home working included 2 times per week). You will also have the flexibility to travel to other group sites across the UK and Europe as and when required by the business.
