ServiceNow SecOps Product Owner - Poland (Remote) - 12 Months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking an IT Product Owner for the Security Operations product of our global energy client. This role is part of the clients IT Transformation program aimed at setting up and migrating to a new stand-alone global IT environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing client that are fuelling the green energy transition globally.

There is a preference for candidates based in Poland, but those based in another EU country with matching experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Work with key Business stakeholders to define a product road-map
• Manage product backlog and prioritise based on changing needs
• Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
• Develop epics, enhancements, and user-stories to be delivered via Agile delivery methodology
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
• Manage virtual teams and ensure they are delivering in line with product road-map
• Manage operations (day-to-day activities of product delivery) including issue resolution, defect fixes, and enhancements

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations modules and data-driven solutions in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification preferred
• ITIL Foundation certificate preferred
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them to functional specifications
• Demonstrated experience in defining product roadmaps and managing delivery of capabilities in line with the defined roadmap
• Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed teams
• Fluent spoken and written English is required

Start date: 04/11/2024

Duration: 12 Month initial contract

Location: Remote (preference for Poland based candidates)
