Salt have partnered with an eco-friendly household cleaning brand to find them a Social Media Manager. My client is seen as a challenger brand that pushes boundaries within the industry. They are looking for a social media manager to elevate the brand presence across all social channels.

The Role:

Take full ownership of the social strategy across all channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Work alongside the performance team to come up with content for paid social.

Plan and brief creative team on innovative content that resonates with current and new audiences across each channel.

Work with Comms, Growth, Performance teams to supplement each others goals and efforts.

Upload, schedule and post all content across all five channels.

Analyse and report on social media posts, whilst being able to understand the results and how to use them to inform future decision making.

Manage the community team of 2 people.

The Person:

Proven ability to grow social media channels for a brand.

A passion for B-Corp and sustainability initiatives and what it really means.

Coming from another high growth, challenger brand would be a plus.

Knowledge of paid social in order to work cohesively together.

Finger on the pulse of latest social media trends.

Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice to match brand.

Confidently make suggestions of how to improve and transform current social media.

Highly creative and full of ideas.

Happy to be in front of the camera every so often.
