Are you a Stock Control Administrator or Warehouse Administrator looking for a new challenge? Then we have the role for you!

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Stock Control Administrator to join our team in Brighouse.

This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40 hours per week Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 10:30-19:00

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Ensuring goods in and goods out administrative activities are performed in accordance with Morrisons, McColls and GXO agreed SLA's this includes; communicating with suppliers, stores and internal GXO GR and Brighouse site team and operatives on a daily basis to ensure the intake of the stock and any movement of stock on the system is accurate.
  • Liaising with warehouse team as well as GR admin team to ensure that all call backs of stock are acted upon in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring accurate and regular filing of all documents.
  • Producing all relevant information for Management reports.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
  • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
