THE ROLE OF TERRITORY MANAGER:

This Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving share of market growth, volume and brand activations in independent retail outlets.

  1. Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine based products.
  2. Achieving monthly sales targets.
  3. Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and implement effective account management strategies.
  4. Ownership of territory planning and management.
  5. Drive non combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve market leading status in stores.
  6. Working with leading brands such as Vuse, Glo and Velo.

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials:

  1. A full clean driving license.
  2. Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions.
  3. Outgoing and positive personality, excellent communicator able to influence others.
  4. Great team player but also able to work independently and effectively.
  5. Manages time and priorities to ensure maximum productivity.
  6. Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets.
  7. Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook).

WHAT WE OFFER:

  1. Competitive Base Salary: £34,722 + £3,000 London weighting.
  2. Bonus: Annually up to 30%, available upon achieving targets.
