In this course you’ll get practical illustrations of how mindfulness can be of particular value in the lives of everyone, and younger people in particular. 

Get a deeper understanding of mindfulness for your and others’ benefit

Caring for your emotional wellbeing is every bit as important as taking care of your physical health, and mindfulness can benefit people of all ages.

You’ll be introduced to mindfulness and explore the many ways in which mindfulness can be applied in daily life. You’ll be able to explore the research which demonstrates the value and effective application of mindfulness.

As you develop your understanding of how mindfulness can be used in various environments, you’ll have opportunities to apply what you learn.

Throughout the course you’ll be able to access further resources to help you along your mindfulness journey.
