132kv Tendering Engineer

This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work on bids, proposals, and tenders at the 132kv level, contributing to significant projects within the power utilities and transmission & distribution (T&D) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing high-voltage (HV) bids, proposals, and tenders for 132kv infrastructure projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions
• Analysing technical specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive tender documentation
• Managing the tender process from initial enquiry through to contract award
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for tender proposals
• Negotiating with clients and stakeholders to secure successful contract agreements
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Providing technical support and expertise throughout the tendering process

Job Requirements:

• Experience in preparing bids, proposals, and tenders within the HV, 33kv, and 132kv sectors
• Understanding of power utilities, power distribution, and T&D industry practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Technical background in electrical engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
• Willingness to work on-site at least one day per week
