The Wealth Management Apprenticeship is a great way to start your career in financial services and gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. After joining, you will spend the first four to six months rotating across three different teams.
The rotation period provides a valuable insight into how different parts of the company work, as well as exposure to how all teams connect and contribute to the success of the business. The teams you will rotate between will vary for each Apprentice and be dependent on your full-time team.
After the rotational programme, you will be placed in either our Client Account Management team or one of our Client Service teams and will start studying towards your apprenticeship qualification, which takes 18-24 months to complete.
The Client Account Management team is responsible for the review and approval of new clients and review of changes to existing client accounts. The team also undertake the periodic review process of existing clients to adhere to Anti Money Laundering standards and regulations.
The Client Service team work closely with our Client Advisers on the administration of the accounts, including client onboarding, processing payment instructions and maintenance of client accounts.
Both teams play a key role in ensuring we are meeting our regulatory requirements as a business and provide exceptional client service to our clients.
Successful candidates will initially be offered a fixed-term 3-year contract with the opportunity to turn permanent based on performance, once their apprenticeship qualification has been completed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Predicted minimum BBB at A-Level or equivalent (Minimum B at English and Maths GCSE)
- Positive and collaborative attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a passion to learn.
- All candidates must have the ability to work in the UK.
