Your main responsibilities will include consulting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending bespoke solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
2. Recommend and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and the MS365 suite.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
4. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Skills/Must have:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and the MS365 stack.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
5. Experience in consulting and customer-facing roles.
6. Proficiency in Italian and English languages.

Salary: Up to €45,000 salary per annum
