Responsibilities:
  1. Leading discussions on pre-defined global HCM templates and solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements across UK and European operations.
  2. Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and contribute to design discussions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  3. Collaborating with key teams, including the UK-based HCM Solution Architect and the offshore delivery team in India, to define and validate solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Aligning with other workstream leads to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Workday HCM deployment and enhancements.
  5. Providing functional expertise to optimize Workday HCM processes, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills/Must have:
  1. Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, with experience in leading global Workday implementations and optimisations.
  2. Ability to lead discussions on pre-defined global HCM templates and solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  3. Experience in leading workshops to gather requirements and contribute to key design discussions.
  4. Acts as the first point of contact for solution-related queries, working closely with agency POCs and test teams to define and execute testing scope.
  5. A proactive mindset to troubleshoot issues, provide functional expertise, and drive ongoing improvements in Workday HCM processes.
