Responsibilities:

• Deliver managed IT services, ensuring operational excellence for clients
• Implement and manage Microsoft technologies including Azure, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Entra
• Provide security-focused IT support aligned with the Essential 8 framework
• Automate processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Ansible
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding service

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong IT support and engineering experience, including cloud platforms like Azure
• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Power Automate, and Ansible
• Knowledge of Active Directory, identity and access management, and network security tools
• A passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
