ABAKUS IT-Solutions - Knowledge Management Specialist

We are looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to join a dynamic and international team.
Important: Only candidates with EU citizenship are eligible for this position.

Main responsibilities

• Set up and improve knowledge management processes.
  
• Work with different teams to support knowledge sharing.
  
• Use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or wikis.
  
• Apply ITIL best practices to organize and structure knowledge.
  
• Write and organize clear, useful documentation.
  

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in knowledge management.
  
• Good understanding of ITIL principles.
  
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Wiki).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Analytical thinking, proactive and positive attitude.
  
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification (preferably in Knowledge Management or Service Operations).
  

Nice to have:

• Experience leading knowledge-related projects.
  
• Experience in training or coaching others on KM best practices.
