We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in an on-site capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly and annual closing processes.
- Support the finance team with audits and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely financial reporting and cost tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred experience on an ERP Package.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and clients.
