Digital Waffle is currently partnered with a well-established, award-winning Marketing agency providing cohesive marketing strategies and a comprehensive range of digital services partnering with dynamic brands worldwide.

Salary - Up to £90K
Location - Shoreditch (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. You will guarantee that each client has a well-thought-out marketing plan with established goals, KPIs, and a 'Metric Map.'
2. Provide proactive and helpful suggestions for ways to assist clients (directors and C-suite) in achieving their marketing or business objectives, either directly to them or via the client services team.
3. Participate actively in the client onboarding process to guarantee that the client immediately recognises the value of the work they have approved.
4. Additionally, you will be able to identify and capitalise on innovative campaign chances for your clientele.
5. The assurance and readiness to conduct internal and client-facing meetings with a clear agenda that produce significant, impacting conclusions.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of agency experience
2. 3 or more years of experience as an account director or a similar position
3. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
4. The capacity to evaluate metrics and data in order to make well-informed decisions.
