Location: London (Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Double OTE

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing enterprise-level accounts. You will work closely with C-level executives, IT leaders, and security teams to understand their challenges and offer tailored cyber security solutions. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor for cyber security solutions.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
  3. Work closely with internal security consultants and technical teams to provide bespoke solutions.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging security threats.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive customer engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within cyber security or IT services.
  2. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders.
  4. A consultative sales approach with the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs.
  5. Knowledge of cyber security products, managed services, or consultancy offerings.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
