The Role
As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing enterprise-level accounts. You will work closely with C-level executives, IT leaders, and security teams to understand their challenges and offer tailored cyber security solutions. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor for cyber security solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Work closely with internal security consultants and technical teams to provide bespoke solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging security threats.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive customer engagement and retention.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within cyber security or IT services.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs.
- Knowledge of cyber security products, managed services, or consultancy offerings.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
