Consultative Solution Selling - Develop deep understanding of client challenges and demonstrate how XYB's platform solves critical business problems for financial institutions.
Executive Engagement - Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
Revenue Acceleration - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Market Intelligence - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to position XYB's solutions effectively.
Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Pipeline Management - Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM to ensure visibility and predictability of revenue.
5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing deals with financial institutions.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, and regulatory landscape.
Experience navigating lengthy, multi-stakeholder decision processes typical in enterprise financial organizations.
Data-driven approach to sales strategy with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
