Job Description

If you're a passionate Account Executive looking to support the growth of a national charity/membership organisation we have the role for you! Our client, a leading charity within the healthcare sector, are looking for a confident Account Executive to build and maintain excellent client relationships.

As Account Executive, you will work closely with both the account management and marketing & communications teams to grow the organisation's professional membership body and drive brand awareness. You will use your excellent communications skills, can-do attitude, and business development experience to help develop strategies to reach new clients and organisations!

In this hands-on, varied Account Executive role, you will also help to craft and deliver effective marketing campaigns and events to attract new members. It is key that you are a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in all areas of building client relationships, supporting members, and account management and an ability to meet deadlines.

What do I need?

  1. Previous experience in a B2B account management role with new business responsibilities
  2. Brilliant communication and customer service skills
  3. An understanding of marketing tactics including social media
  4. Experience of Adobe design software such as Photoshop is a bonus!
