About the role:

As an Account Executive at TrustForm, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the sales function and launching our product in the market, leading us in our rapid expansion phase. You will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, working closely with marketing and product teams, focusing on generating new business opportunities and growing our presence in the market. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue for the company.

Key tasks

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop game-changing strategies based on market trends, industry requirements, and client feedback.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of TrustForm's solutions and tailoring the presentation to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Represent TrustForm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen client relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Stay up-to-date with new product features and industry trends to enhance sales proposals and provide valuable insights to clients and the product team.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and compelling collateral that articulates the unique benefits of our product, including sales presentations, case studies, promotional materials, demo videos, etc.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales and marketing strategy and product roadmaps alignment, helping plan features development and deployment across specific markets.
  • Help establish and adapt a pricing model that reflects the value of the offering, market demand, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities. Provide regular reports and forecasts.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Proactively respond to inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and partners.

The skills we are looking for

  • Experience: 4+ years, preferably in FinTech, RegTech, Compliance, and related sectors, with proven success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the RegTech space, including KYC/AML, DORA, GDPR, and compliance challenges faced by the financial services sector. Exceptional understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the industry, which you can communicate with confidence.
  • Exceptional communicator: Excellent spoken, written, and presentation communication skills, capable of crafting and conveying clear, compelling messaging across various channels. Native speaker or fluent in English.
  • Sales excellence: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual sales manager and a team leader.
  • Strategic thinker: Can build a compelling sales strategy from qualitative, quantitative data, and intuition.
  • Adaptive and innovative: A penchant for innovation and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced environments and eager to explore new sales tactics and strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable.

TrustForm is a digital platform to help companies verify and onboard new clients, streamline KYC and AML workflows, and build online trust. It enables end-to-end customer verification and onboarding, risk monitoring, and perpetual KYC. TrustForm is a remote-first company that operates from Cyprus, Georgia, the Netherlands, and the UK. Their first client is CSB IG, and the product is scheduled to enter the public market in Q2 2024.
