Where And How We WorkAt VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. We require 1 day a week in office for London and Amsterdam-based employees and you have flexibility to decide which day.
About The Role:Our VEED for Business Team supports this mission by being a key driver in achieving our vision of becoming the go-to video platform for small to large organizations.
As an Account Executive at VEED, reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be a key member of our Sales Team, responsible for driving revenue through effective client acquisition.
What you'll do:
- Drive ARR growth by closing new business opportunities
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Run a full sales cycle within our customers from outreach to close
- Accurately qualify opportunities, identifying customer impacts and critical events that drive pipeline velocity and close rates
- Forecast and track all opportunity and customer details, including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next steps
- Be a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers by developing a deep understanding of how their business can improve communications through video
- Proactively report on learnings and provide feedback to the Product team so that we can prioritize the right projects and constantly improve
- Quickly gain a deep knowledge of our constantly evolving product and understand the nuances of how it can be used so that you can support prospects accordingly.
- Maintain highly accurate CRM records following process documentation and proactively suggesting operational improvements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle experience
- Expertise in software sales - SaaS and challenger approach - preferred
- Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Have consistently generated enough of your own pipeline to hit target
- Experience in a value-based Sales Methodology like SPICED or MEDDPICC
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment: you're able to shift priorities and adapt to dynamic situations
Preferred Qualifications
- English language proficiency required; additional proficiency in French or German is preferred
