The Role

As an Account Executive Lead at INFINIT, in this hands-on position you will play a key role supporting the Sales Manager in mentoring and training sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.

What do we want to achieve together?

  1. Help train, mentor and develop a team of Account Executives.
  2. Manage the entire sales funnel from generating business opportunities with customers to account management and customer success.
  3. Work with customers and suggest appropriate products/services to build long-term relationships.
  4. Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, social selling, events) to attract potential leads.
  5. Work closely with the operations department to support the sales process.
  6. Be a driving force behind innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  1. 2-3 years of experience preferably in a B2B sales capacity.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate with confidence.
  3. Proactive: You can take on a significant amount of responsibility and make things happen.
  4. Self-motivated and adaptable: You thrive in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
  5. Analytical with great attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
