Our client is a private equity-backed SaaS company with around 50 FTE, on an ambitious journey to scale. They help cities and municipalities modernize citizen engagement through their innovative platform, making interactions faster, easier, and more transparent. To support their growth, we are looking for a driven Account Manager to expand their footprint in the public sector across Belgium.


Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with local governments, municipalities, and the police. You'll identify their needs, demonstrate how the platform can enhance their communication, and close deals that make a real impact.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in municipalities and government organizations.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's platform to showcase its value.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and continued success for clients.
  • Work on cross and upsells for the police department
  • Stay updated on public sector trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Base salary range of €5.000 - €6.000.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or public sector solutions.
  • Track record in closing deals with the public sector
  • You are a strong communicator and relationship-builder.
  • You thrive in a target-driven environment and have a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
  • You have a passion for technology and how it can improve public services.
