We're hiring an Account Manager to serve as a Sales Quarterback, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue by supporting our founders and leading our structured sales process.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will manage the end-to-end sales process, from qualification to contract. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on operational excellence, precision, and client success. Your mission is to optimise founder time by handling all research, documentation, logistics, and internal coordination-freeing them to focus exclusively on high-value interactions.
You'll progress through our structured "Cringe Mountain" development framework, gradually earning the credibility and expertise to take on more client-facing responsibilities and lead selected sales activities independently.
We are looking for a proactive, tenacious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is hungry to build a successful sales career in AI and automation.
