Job Description

FLOWERBX is on the lookout for a skilled and creative individual with a background in sales and client management to join our B2B team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact and manage our flower shop portfolio located in exquisite 5-star hotel locations across London.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue opportunities for new business and account growth, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing issues, resolving them efficiently, and escalating when necessary.
  3. Leverage strong relationship-building skills to work closely with hotel partners, understanding their preferences and needs to consistently exceed expectations.
  4. Collaborate with shop teams to ensure each setting embodies the FLOWERBX aesthetic, delivering a consistent, luxurious, and high-end experience.
  5. Oversee the logistics, inventory and ordering of flowers and materials, ensuring adherence to quality, sustainability, and brand standards.
  6. Manage administrative and organisational tasks, including team schedules and coordinating orders.
  7. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, product specifications, and seasonal trends, developing high-quality proposals and tracking their progress and success.
  8. Implement contracts, manage events, and coordinate on-site installations.
  9. Carry out administrative tasks including client invoicing and budget reconciliation.
  10. Support the B2B and Operations teams with various additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in client-facing account management, preferably with a background in weddings, luxury events, or hospitality.
  2. A commercially-focused, creative individual eager to expand their knowledge of flowers and plants.
  3. While floristry experience is preferred, it is not a requirement.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. A proactive, motivated individual with an enthusiastic approach.
  6. Capable of taking ownership, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  7. A problem solver who is adaptable to change and able to execute tasks swiftly.
  8. A strong sense of urgency coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  9. A willingness to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment.
  10. A collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with others and fostering internal and external relationships.
  11. A positive attitude and a passion for sustainability and floral artistry.

This is a full-time hybrid position that requires working from the flower shops and our studio in NW10, as needed.
