Our client, an established consultancy firm, is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen their sales team.
Your Responsibilities :
- Analyzing Client Needs & Providing Strategic Advice
You assess client and prospect needs (from contact-level management to C-level) and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management & Business Development
You manage your client portfolio as the primary point of contact, fostering long-term relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Building a Strong Network & Matching Top Talent
You develop a network of high-quality tech consultants, maintain regular contact, and deeply understand their skills and ambitions-ensuring the perfect match between their expertise and client needs.
Your Profile :
- Education & Experience - Master's degree with experience in a commercial or people-driven role.
- Passion for Tech - A natural curiosity for technology and innovation.
- Strong Communicator - Engages with clients naturally and professionally.
- Empathy & Trust - Understands people's needs and builds strong relationships.
- Proactive & Driven - Takes initiative, connects the dots, and takes ownership.
- Team Player - Works collaboratively and finds solutions.
- Languages - English and Dutch or French
