Role Info 2-3 days a week in Old Street, London office
As an Account Manager at ThirtyThree, you'll work alongside Client Partners and Account Directors on an established portfolio of clients, managing large and complex campaigns, as well as ad-hoc projects. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality work, consistently delivering on time and on budget while developing innovative strategies to help clients attract top talent.
Key Requirements- Manage comprehensive project lifecycles across multiple clients
- Take ownership of complete accounts or significant work streams
- Develop and execute strategic campaign concepts
- Liaise daily with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with our in-house film production company, studio, creative, brand & insight, media, and social teams
- Create and implement project plans and proposals
- Ensure consistent high-quality delivery
- 3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-dimensional client projects
- Strong understanding of creative development processes
- Project management and planning capabilities
- Exceptional ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships
- Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing client needs
