We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Account Manager, with a love of sales, to take the reins of an exciting new brand we're proudly representing exclusively. In this hands-on, strategic role, you'll manage the sales journey from start to finish - connecting with independent retailers, pitching to major national accounts, and building strong partnerships globally. You'll also oversee key marketplaces (like Faire and Ankorstore), ensuring this brand achieves its full potential.

We're looking for someone positive, proactive, and bursting with energy - ready to build meaningful relationships, shine at trade events, and help this amazing brand scale new heights.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and presenting an annual sales strategy that sets the brand up for success - then putting it into action.
  • Connecting with a wide range of retailers, from independents to major national accounts.
  • Liaising with international distributors and agents - maximising all opportunities.
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and margins to hit company targets.
  • Planning, organising and attending international trade shows, following up leads, and converting opportunities into sales.
  • Delivering exceptional service to existing customers - being their go-to for everything from advice to support.
  • Showcasing new ranges and helping retailers with techniques to boost sell-through rates.
  • Attending key sales and pitch meetings.
  • Managing sales forecasts to ensure stock availability for all customers.
  • Keeping everything on track, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and top-tier service.
  • Reporting progress to Directors and smashing your targets.

Who you are:

  • You must be curious and proactive - these are the most important qualities for this company as you will be required to proactively find the best solutions and most efficient ways to complete tasks.
  • Someone with a love of sales, comfortable approaching and winning new business and prioritising product quality and integrity over a quick sale.
  • Experienced in working with buyers across independents, key accounts, and national retailers.
  • Passionate about design, with an eye for great products.
  • Confident on the phone, great on email, and strong in face-to-face interactions.
  • Exceptionally organised and ready to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • A team player with a great sense of humour, a can-do attitude, and stories of going the extra mile to support your team.
