Description

The Account Specialist is responsible for assisting with the provision of services to specific clients, identifying and resolving issues before they impact upon the client experience, working closely with cross functional departments to provide the necessary support and assistance to enhance client retention, and building close relationships with at risk, churning, and win back clients, to ensure opportunities to retain and grow their revenue are not missed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in the effective provision of client services, particularly in respect of at risk, churning, and win back clients.
  • Implement and follow bespoke processes to help meet client requirements, where these requirements can't be met through existing organisational processes.
  • Support the Account Management team in monitoring the provision of services, identify ordering patterns and changes, and regularly seeking and reviewing client feedback.
  • Liaise directly with, and being a key contact for specific clients, to improve communication frequency and continuity.
  • Assist the Account Management team with ad hoc, admin-based tasks to assist with the day to day management of accounts.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in conveyancing property searches is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process-driven approach, comfortable adapting to different processes.
  • Data driven and analytical - able to review, analyse and provide insights from data.
