Accountancy/Tax Senior

Wilkins Southworth is an accountancy practice based in Barnes who are looking to grow their business and their people.

Job Responsibilities

• Run a portfolio of accountancy and tax clients.
• Supervise staff, some of which will be qualified, and be responsible for running a portfolio.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with FRS105 and FRS102(1A).
• Prepare personal tax returns for self-employed individuals and high net worth individuals.
• Have a good knowledge of corporation tax and a comprehensive understanding of all types of tax.

Qualifications

• Qualified, part qualified (we are an ACCA training practice), or qualified by experience.
• At least four years of tax work experience in a good standard firm of accountants.
• Proficient in Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks.
• Good tax knowledge.
• Experience with PTP software, which is an IRIS company.
