Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive accountant to join a fast-growing beauty company on a 6-month fixed-term contract. With a strong commitment to innovation and cruelty-free products, this brand continues to thrive in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support general ledger management, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial audits, and reporting.
2. Assist with VAT returns, tax accruals, and payments.
3. Reconcile eCommerce, credit card, and intercompany accounts.
4. Train new employees on the purchase order (PO) process.
5. Support auditors and help prepare statutory accounts.
6. Assist the Senior Accountant with ad-hoc queries and projects.

About You:

1. Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
2. 1-2 years' experience in accounting.
3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (NetSuite is a plus).
