Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the team in tax computations and audits.
- Manage bookkeeping, payroll and VAT returns.
- Handle client queries and build strong relationships.
- Maintain and update accounting records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm's goals.
- Continually update skills and knowledge in line with industry developments.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Semi Senior should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
- ACA / ACCA part qualified.
- Experience in bookkeeping, VAT returns and year-end accounts preparation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Knowledge of the professional services industry.
