Accounts Senior

As an Accounts Senior, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and limited companies, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing year-end accounts and financial statements
2. Reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
3. Supporting and mentoring junior team members
4. Building strong client relationships and offering proactive business advice
5. Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations

ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or QBE with strong practice experience)
Experience in an accountancy firm handling a varied client portfolio
Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance
Excellent communication and client management skills

Competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
