Are you ready to take your career to new heights? EUROCITY is expanding, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative and Financial Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brussels!

As our business continues to thrive, we need your expertise to manage financial processes, administrative tasks, and operational support across multiple teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative IT systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Process RFQs, update records, and manage documentation using our client's ERP systems and SharePoint.

Handle consultant timesheets, travel claims, and work confirmations.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.

Provide administrative support, including correspondence, scheduling, and procurement.

Coordinate office supplies, contracts, invoices, and team events.

Maintain company documents, contracts, and financial reports.

Support EUROCITY Group administration and provide personal assistance to the MD.


Requirements for Success:

5+ years' experience in administrative and financial roles.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

️ Experience in accounting, procurement, or contract administration.


Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in a multinational environment.

Familiarity with SharePoint and invoice processing systems.
