Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administrative Business Partner, Marketing to work on a hybrid basis in London. This is a 12-month contract starting 20th January 2025.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Calendar management
  • Preparing and tracking expense reports

Key projects or initiatives:

  • Anticipating the needs of the managers and team members and helping them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

Top 3 Hard Skills:

  • Complex calendar and travel management
  • High level cross-functional collaboration
  • Scheduling meetings for the USA region in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work quickly with minimal input
  • Managing high volume and speed on emails and phones
