Work at the forefront of cardiac diagnostics, where you'll handle a full spectrum of investigations, including ECGs for Inherited Cardiac conditions, 12 lead holters, conduction system pacing, electrophysiology procedures, and complex devices.

Main duties of the job- Perform a broad range of clinical-technical investigation procedures and/or interventions in the Cardiological field to a highly competent professional standard.
- Possess advanced practitioner knowledge, skills, and expertise in at least one specialist area within Cardiac Physiology, with a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience.
- Assist the Senior Principal Cardiac Physiologist and the Principal Cardiac Physiologists in managing the various sections of Cardiac Services.
- Provide routine Cardiac Physiology clinical-technical services, including out-of-hours services where relevant.

Person specification Education/ Qualifications- Qualified as a Cardiac Clinical Physiologist (BSc degree or equivalent)
- Higher academic qualification IBHRE, BHRS, BSE or equivalent experience
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development education in appropriate field(s)
- Minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience in Cardiac Physiology, with at least 2 years specialising in a specialist field
- Fully competent at ECG recording & interpretation, exercise ECG stress testing, and ambulatory ECG monitoring
- Ability to innovate practice developments and advances in the specialist techniques/service provided
- Ability to manage own workload, as well as that of others
- Computer literacy to the level required to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the post
- Some supervisory experience
