Job Description

  1. Supporting the Agile Delivery Manager.
  2. Delivering high-quality technology / digital solutions using Agile methodologies.
  3. Act as Scrum Master and provide coaching to the wider team on Agile ways of working adoption.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of IT projects.
  5. Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  6. Identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  7. Assisting in the development of project scopes and objectives.
  8. Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  9. Performing risk management to minimise project risks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Agile Delivery Lead should be / have:

  1. A Certified Scrum Master (desirable).
  2. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies as well as Waterfall.
  3. Proficiency in project management software tools.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  6. The ability to work well in a team environment / matrix management.
  7. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Project Management Qualification (Desirable).
  9. ITIL Foundation Qualification (Desirable).
