Job Description
- Supporting the Agile Delivery Manager.
- Delivering high-quality technology / digital solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Act as Scrum Master and provide coaching to the wider team on Agile ways of working adoption.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of IT projects.
- Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assisting in the development of project scopes and objectives.
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
- Performing risk management to minimise project risks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Agile Delivery Lead should be / have:
- A Certified Scrum Master (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies as well as Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a team environment / matrix management.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management Qualification (Desirable).
- ITIL Foundation Qualification (Desirable).
