Job Description


JOB DETAILS

Role Title: Agile Manager (Agile - Scrum)
Possibility of remote work: Hybrid (2 days per week from Office)
Contract duration: 9 Months
Location: London

Required Core Skills:

  1. Prior experience on executing project where the technologies covers No Code tools like Modo & Outsystem
  2. Experience in managing large Banking transformation program
  3. Banking Domain SME with prior HSBC experience is preferred by the client
  4. Agile
  5. Scrum
  6. Program Management


Areas of Responsibility/Detailed Job Description:

- With a robust background as a Program Manager and Technology Agile Lead at HSBC, the expectation is for the individual to have a steadfast commitment to excellence in driving Agile transformations, enhancing engineering and delivery processes.
- The candidate must have excellent customer relationship and people management skills, ensuring that strategic objectives are met with efficiency and adaptability.
- The individual should be Agile certified (CSM, SAFe).
- By leveraging the extensive knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies, continuous improvement and innovation within the organization needs to be implemented.
