Role Title: Agile Manager (Agile - Scrum)
Possibility of remote work: Hybrid (2 days per week from Office)
Contract duration: 9 Months
Location: London
Required Core Skills:
- Prior experience on executing project where the technologies covers No Code tools like Modo & Outsystem
- Experience in managing large Banking transformation program
- Banking Domain SME with prior HSBC experience is preferred by the client

Areas of Responsibility/Detailed Job Description:
- With a robust background as a Program Manager and Technology Agile Lead at HSBC, the expectation is for the individual to have a steadfast commitment to excellence in driving Agile transformations, enhancing engineering and delivery processes.
- The candidate must have excellent customer relationship and people management skills, ensuring that strategic objectives are met with efficiency and adaptability.
- The individual should be Agile certified (CSM, SAFe).
- By leveraging the extensive knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies, continuous improvement and innovation within the organization needs to be implemented.
