You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, with guidance from experienced professionals while having the autonomy to shape and analyse complex data sets.

In this role, you'll focus on data analytics; interpreting trends, identifying influencing factors, and applying statistical models to uncover meaningful insights. You'll need a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, along with hands on experience with SQL or Python for data transformation and analysis.

If you're passionate about using data to solve real-world challenges and communicate insights in an accessible way, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
  • Exploring and analysing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Choosing and refining statistical models to ensure accurate, impactful analysis.

  • Preparing and transforming data using SQL or Python to enable meaningful insights.

  • Collaborating with senior AI Consultants and business stakeholders to define project goals.

  • Translating technical findings into actionable insights that inform business decisions.

  • Developing visualisations and dashboards that present complex data in a clear, engaging way.

  • Contributing to high-impact projects, such as understanding customer behavior or optimising operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A strong mathematical and statistical background, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in retail, energy, or other big-data industries.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Familiarity with visualisation tools to tell a compelling data story.

  • The ability to communicate complex technical insights in a way that resonates with different audiences.

  • Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail when interpreting data.

  • A team-oriented mindset - we value collaboration, open communication, and diverse perspectives.

So, what's in it for you?
  • The opportunity to work on real-world AI and analytics projects that shape business decisions.

  • A supportive and experienced team, with mentorship from senior professionals.

  • The chance to present insights to stakeholders and leadership, building your confidence and influence.

  • A culture of continuous learning and development, where your growth is supported.

  • A collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven environment where your contributions are valued.
