Nexeo is currently looking for a Business and Functional Analyst for Service Now for a leading financial institution in Brussels.

Mission Context:

The bank is rolling out a new multi-media contact solution and migrating onboarding activities to improve customer service. Service Now will support this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and validate business/client needs and ensure they align with the solution's functionality.
• Define business models and document requirements using tools like UML and Visio.
• Translate business needs into Service Now requirements, document functional analysis for developers.
• Participate in end-to-end testing, report progress, defects, and risks.
• Support business onboarding and change management.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Manage risks, constraints, and issues, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 8+ years as a Business and Functional Analyst. Service Now knowledge preferred.
• Expertise in UML, Visio, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of workflow processes and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).

Skills:

• Analytical, customer-centric, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Agile and banking sectors is a plus.
