Functional Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to identify requirements and propose solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Design and translate business requirements into functional specifications and application designs.
• Support development teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Analyze defects, support testing efforts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
• Provide ongoing support for production solutions and contribute to incident resolution.
• Work in Agile teams with a collaborative and feedback-driven mindset.

Your Profile:

• Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, BPM, UML, and sequence diagrams.
• Business Knowledge: Expertise in banking or technical domains; practical experience with Agile (Scrum) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Communicative and adaptable.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
