Salary: £80k
Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for technology and team development? We're looking for an Application Technology Manager to lead, inspire, and manage a UK-based team, ensuring the smooth delivery of ERP systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the delivery of ERP systems, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within development and support teams.
• Collaborate with key users, project managers, and external partners to deliver business solutions.

What You'll Need:

• Strong experience managing ERP systems and teams.
• Knowledge of integrating ERP systems with other business applications.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Azure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project and development life cycles.
