Architect - Identity Access Management - DV Cleared

IT organisation is hiring for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect to be based in Basingstoke. This role requires Full time onsite and requires DV Clearance. Salary ranges between £70K - £80K plus 10% bonus and car allowance.
As an Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge Identity and Access Management solutions. Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams, you will lead the architecture of secure, scalable systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Reporting to the Solution Owner, you will own the full life cycle of your work packages - from High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) through to ongoing documentation, governance, and change management.
Responsibilities:
* Architect and maintain secure, scalable IDAM solutions.
* Produce, review, and maintain HLDs/LLDs and design documentation.
* Ensure compliance with governance standards and review processes.
* Collaborate with delivery teams to support agile, efficient solution development.
* Provide subject matter expertise in IDAM technologies and integration approaches.
* Lead change delivery to support evolving user and business needs.
Required Skills:
* Strong, proven experience in Identity and Access Management architecture.
* Expertise in identity governance, including RBAC and access provisioning.
* Deep knowledge of IDAM standards and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with MS Windows Enterprise technologies and PowerShell Scripting.
* Ability to design and deliver solutions within an Agile delivery framework.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
* Experience with automated testing solutions (desirable).
