Job Description

Do you have what it takes to transform society?

We are currently looking for a talented, motivated and innovative Architect with a passion or interest in designing mission critical facilities, to join our dynamic team in our London office.

What does the role involve?

You will lead the design and development of mission critical projects including data centres, health care facilities and film studios through their lifecycle across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating closely with engineers, project manager and clients to ensure design integrity and functionality.
  2. Conducting site assessment and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  3. Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in mission critical design.
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
What do you need to be successful in this role?

You'll have a degree in Architecture (preferably a Masters), along with proven experience in delivering projects within a BIM environment and leading architectural projects through RIBA workstages 2-5. Mission Critical experience and professional registration is preferred but isn't essential. What's more important is the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Strong Revit capabilities and experience working in collaborative cloud environments is essential, along with a strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and sustainability principles. You'll have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

You'll have strong attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence. Experience of working on European projects would be beneficial but again isn't essential for the role.

What's in it for you?

You'll be working on some high impact projects that are truly transforming society and making a difference. You'll experience an inclusive, collaborative, friendly and flexible working environment where colleagues are encouraged to grow and develop. A meaningful job where you'll help to transform society by being a trusted consultant to our clients.

If you believe you have the skill set required, are keen to join a business with genuine opportunities for career progression, then we'd love to hear from you.
