Title: Area Sales Manager - Refrigeration
Location: Birmingham, covering the north.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus per Quarter on target (up to £3,000)
About them: This client is a leading distributor of HVACR products; they started off as a small business and have successfully grown into a £30-million group known within the industry for their quality of service. They operate on a no red tape basis, allowing anyone to have an impact in the business. They are in the process of fantastic growth plans and have a key requirement for an Area Sales Manager to join the team. This role will be covering the North, so a Birmingham location is ideal.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:- Following up leads, generating new business, and maximizing opportunities with new and existing customers for contract sales in the Refrigeration market.
- Directly reporting to the Sales Director and responsible for looking after existing accounts and bringing on new business.
- Generating sales of Refrigeration/HVAC Products.
- Being the first point of technical contact for customers, promoting the best solution and package to meet their needs from the complete company product portfolio.
- Providing support to existing accounts, developing excellent working relationships, and meeting customer needs.
- Identification of and targeting new accounts.
- Excellent sales experience with a good track record of hitting targets.
- Ideally, worked in the HVAC/Refrigeration sector for a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Experience with lead generation and winning new business.
- Located ideally in Birmingham as they will be covering North England; overnight stays are occasionally required.
- Experience in refrigeration is advantageous but not required.
- Existing contacts with HVAC Manufacturers are also advantageous.
- £50,000 - £55,000 Basic salary.
- Quarterly bonus if on target (up to £3,000).
