Area Sales Representative - Farm Machinery

The Job Role Details:

As Area Sales Representative you will be selling leading farm machinery and equipment to farmers throughout the West Midlands. Previous agricultural machinery sales experience is preferred, however, we also welcome applicants with transferable experience, such as construction or groundcare machinery sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, control, and drive agricultural machinery sales using the company's sales tools and other platforms.

  • Achieve sales targets related to sales volume, gross profit, and sales mix.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold high standards in customer service.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of agricultural, construction, or ground care machinery.

  • Previous sales experience.

  • A well-presented, friendly, and dedicated person with a can-do attitude.

  • A full clean driving licence.

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently while also contributing to a team.
