Artwork Designer - Remote

Position: Junior Artwork Designer
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £25000 to £25000 per annum

Client is a Specialist Supplier of Display and Merchandising to Global brands, providing a more supply model for POP emphasizes global consolidation and highly efficient product design. Due to rapid company expansion, currently client is looking for a Senior Design & Development Engineers to be based in their north London office.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creating and formatting artwork for POP displays before they're sent to clients for approval and then to the production facilities.
2. Creating visual concepts and retouching images to ensure they meet print standards, such as colour, typography, and imagery.
3. Carry out and support in any ad-hoc projects as required by the Print & Design Manager to support company and business effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge of using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
2. Strong retouching and visualization skills.
3. Ability to create visual concepts.
4. Strong layout and typographical skills.
5. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
6. Creative flair and an eye for design.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Meticulous attention to detail.
9. Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
10. An understanding of our key manufacturing processes in print, preferably with some knowledge of manufacturing in China.
11. Great interpersonal skills, excellence in verbal and written communication and an understanding of business relationships.
12. An interest in brand marketing and a truly international outlook on the world.
13. 2+ years working in an agency or studio environment along with good working knowledge of mainstream printing processes.
