We need someone who can write, edit, and proof content across multiple areas, from saving and investing to sports, charities, and community impact. This content will be used across our website, online marketing, newsletters, and social media, and will also be repurposed into a quarterly magazine, which you will help edit and publish.

Unlike traditional roles, we embrace AI tools to support content creation-so we're looking for someone who sees AI as a tool, not a threat, and can refine AI-generated drafts into compelling, engaging material. This is a hands-on, career-making role for someone who wants to build their name in the industry, take ownership of editorial projects, and grow into a senior role as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial process - from drafting and refining website articles to producing engaging long-form content.

• Edit and shape content created by AI, ensuring it feels natural, compelling, and high-quality.

• Develop SEO-friendly blog posts, website copy, and marketing materials on topics such as investing, sports, and community support.

• Take the lead in shaping our quarterly magazine, editing, structuring, and working with designers to bring it to life.

• Repurpose content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Support proofing and refining content across various business areas.

• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand messaging. What We're Looking For
