Asset Manager

We are recruiting for a Building Services Sector Asset Manager to work within a large scale Facilities Management & Building Services company compiling assessments of HVAC & M&E plant across several large scale estates. Based out of the Manchester office with occasional national travel.
Permanent Role paying circa 45k plus car allowance. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week.
Asset Surveyor/Manager Responsibilities:
- Carry out M&E asset estimation for maintenance schedules and assist with the preparation for submission to SF20.
- Working from surveys documentation, undertake the timely, and accurate pricing and estimation of lifecycle works and PPM schedules including the creation of asset schedules (using MS Excel software package).
- Undertake site surveys, in conjunction with others or independently.
- Assist in the mobilisation of new contracts/accounts working alongside the operational team.
- Update the asset register and ensure information is relevant and correct. Assist in the planning of PPM scheduling and lifecycle improvements.
- Liaise with others to ensure the timely, accurate, effective and efficient processing of enquiries.
- Complete dilapidation reports and condition surveys.
Requirements:
- Building Services, HVAC or Facilities Management sector experience - Technical experience.
- Experience of Asset surveying and providing costs of plant and requirement in preparation for lifecycle works.
- SFG20 experience.
- Driving License (required).
- Familiar with PPM scheduling, pricing and costing.
- Self starter and able to work in the field.
- Able to check variance and consider raw data being issued from SF20.
- Understand the structure and nature of maintenance contracts.
- Worked on asset registers within building services/facilities management sector.
