Oyster is working with a leading Residential Investment firm to find a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join their ambitious, results-driven team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing a residential portfolio, with a particular focus on Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets. As a key member of the team, you'll play an integral role in maximizing the financial performance of the portfolio, utilizing your deep knowledge of asset management, market analysis, and revenue optimization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in portfolio performance, driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities to unlock additional value across BTR assets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to identify strategic opportunities that enhance asset value and profitability.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of detailed financial analysis and reports to inform key business decisions and strategic direction.
  • Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, leasing decisions, and asset positioning to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and implement performance-enhancing strategies for residential assets, ensuring sustained growth and profitability across the portfolio.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, ideally within the BTR sector.
  • A proven track record in financial analysis and asset optimization, with expertise in driving revenue growth and maximizing returns on investment.
  • High proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
