Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, TTO + 5 inset days
Number of Positions: 2
Start Date: 14th April 2025
Salary: £27,623 - £30,989 per annum

About the Candidate

An opportunity has arisen at the East Manchester Academy for an Assistant Director of Year who is reliable and conscientious to take a vital role within the pastoral team.

You will have a flexible approach to the role and be willing to carry out a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the whole school's pastoral function.

You will ensure that students behave well and conduct themselves appropriately in order to support their learning. You will be responsible for the behaviour, conduct and standards of identified students and provide support where necessary.

You will proactively support students and staff with effective behaviour support.
